Pineapples in Oklahoma?

SHAWNEE, Okla. —

Ralph and Gayla Casey brought back a piece of their vacation in Maui and now have their own pineapple plant growing in Oklahoma. The couple planted the pineapple top in August 2007. They water it once a month. This picture was taken in August 2008. Photo Provided
