Lenox-Vallandingham engagement

Sherry Lenox of Shawnee announces the engagement of her daughter, Rachel Lauren Lenox, to Johnathan Garret Vallandingham of Shawnee.
The bride-elect also is the daughter of the late Stephen Lenox.
The groom-elect is the son of Terry and Shelly Vallandingham of Shawnee.
The couple will wed Aug. 16 at I Cross My Heart wedding chapel.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Ellis and Linda Gregg and Carolyn and Eldon Washburn, all of Shawnee, and Floyd and Joan Lenox of Mead.
The groom-elect is the grandson of John and Lucille London, Apopka, Fla., Ann Vallandingham of Tecumseh and the late Ed Vallandingham.
The bride-elect a 2006 graduate of Shawnee High School and attended the University of Central Oklahoma. She is employed by First National Bank of Shawnee.
The groom-elect is a 2002 graduate of Shawnee High School and attended Oklahoma State University for four years. He studied fire protection and safety. He is employed at Truck Insurance Co., Shawnee.
