Several dominating performances punctuated the final performance of the 22nd annual International Finals Youth Rodeo at the Heart of Oklahoma Expo Center in Shawnee on Friday night.One of those who owned his event from start to finish was Clayton Biglow of Clements, Calif., who won the bareback bronc competition for the second straight year.
