Voters in Tecumseh head to the polls today to decide three city council races and vote on a proposed $12.4 million school bond issue.   In the Tecumseh city council races, Incumbent Linda Farris is being challenged by Shane Colley for the Ward 1 seat.   In Ward 3, longtime councilor Linda Jeanne Praytor is being challenged by Jay Seikel.
