Construction has begun on a new $394,000 splash pad at Slick Humphrey Park in Tecumseh.Tecumseh City Manager Jimmy Stokes said the projected opening will be on Memorial Day weekend.The city project is a collaboration and includes an Avedis Foundation grant of $192,000 as well as a Tecumseh Rotary Club donation of $8,500.
