Today is the day. Scotland will decide if it wants to be an independent nation or stay a part of Great Britain. USA Today reported that 97 percent of eligible voters are expected to cast ballots on the issue, which could have wide implications for Europe and the U.S. as well. A poll taken before the vote shows voters are basically evenly divided on independence.
