When Shawnee City Commissioners meet Tuesday –– because city offices are closed Monday for President's Day –– they may determine whether to end a contract with JTS, Inc., based out of Dallas, for antenna work at the north radio tower site. Don Lynch, Emergency Management Director, in a memo attached in the agenda, said JTS is in default of the contract –– stating the work was to be finished in a 60-day time frame, which ended Feb. 4.
