 TULSA, Okla. (AP) — The Oklahoma Tobacco Helpline says its ready to help tobacco users become tobacco free in the new year.Officials say the helpline can connect tobacco users with a specially trained quit coach who can provide non-judgmental support and personalized quit plans based on needs.
