This morning President Obama is in Vietna , and while there he will authorize our defense industry to sell them advanced military weapons to protect themselves from Chinese aggression in the South China Sea. Similarly, Russian aircraft are buzzing our ships in waters west of the Baltic States. Why? The answer is hundreds of millions of years old.
