The Boston Marathon has become a huge, messy and dangerous disruption of the Greater Boston area.  At this point, it makes more sense to hold the race in central Kansas, where a 26 mile course can be laid out, and then a giant barbed wire fence can be placed around it so that those who want to attend and participate can be totally screened, tagged and monitored, providing a thoroughly safe and risk free race environment for all involved.
