Vacation Bible School at Redeemer Lutheran Church begins at 6 p.m. June 8 with a hamburger and hot dog cookout for everyone enrolled and the congregation. VBS continues at 6 p.m. each day through Thursday, June 12.
The program begins with a short movie about how Jesus shows his love for humankind and how people can show God’s love to others. The theme of this year’s program is “Growing the Fruit of the Spirit at the County Fair.”
The VBS will feature a carnival and a hayride, and children will participate in cow milking, butter making, planting seeds and singing songs of praise. Each child will receive a free movie pass.
