Ronnye Sharp will present “A Taste of Oklahoma” at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday. The local author will take the audience on an exciting journey through Oklahoma’s 100 years of statehood with her recently published, “Oklahoma’s Historical Centennial Cookbook.” 


 Mel Odom will talk about his experiences as a writer during “My Life in the Pages” 10 a.m. July 8. Odom has had more than 140 books published. Odom will speak at the McLoud Public Library 6 p.m. July 15.


The Adults Summer Reading Program for the Pioneer Library System focuses on Oklahoma authors and their lives. It is presented with support from Friends of the Library in each community.
