• Precinct 11 — Grace Community Church, one half mile east of Vamoosa Cemetery.
• Precinct 12 — Maud Housing Authority, 302 E. Oak.
• Precinct 14 — American Legion Hut, SH 39 and Division Street, Konawa.
• Precinct 15 — Sasakwa City Hall.
District 2
• Precinct 20 — Church of Christ in Little, north of Seminole.
• Precinct 21 — Varnum School, north of Seminole.
• Precinct 22 — First Freewill Baptist Church, SH 3 and Goodhope Road, Seminole.
• Precinct 23 — Senior Citizens Center, 322 N. Fourth Street, Seminole.
• Precinct 24 — First Assembly of God Church, SH 99, Bowlegs.
District 3
• Precinct 30 — Cromwell First Baptist Church, 401 N. Shawnee.
• Precinct 31 — Lima Community Center, from US 270 and Broadway go south at Lima Sign to NS Road 360, one mile southwest.
