Behind Charity Fowler’s game-high 24 points, Liberty Academy’s Lady Eagles delivered a 53-17 loss to Mingo Valley in a Class 2A Oklahoma Christian Schools Athletic Association regional tournament Thursday at Destiny Christian.
The win bumps the Lady Eagles to 24-5 and moves them to a regional semifinals match at 5:30 p.m. today opposite Tulsa’s Wright Christian.
The game will be held at Destiny Christian in Del City.
Liberty held Mingo Valley scoreless in the second quarter to hold down a 32-6 halftime advantage.
Kelsee Crawley added 12 points for the victors, and Tiffany Wilson pitched in with seven.
No Mingo Valley player scored more than four points.
