On Sunday, March 27, McLoud Masonic Lodge No. 126 will host the fifth annual McLoud Historical Society Sunday Dinner.


On Sunday, March 27, McLoud Masonic Lodge No. 126 will host the fifth annual McLoud Historical Society Sunday Dinner.
The menu will include a variety of homemade casse- roles and soups, salads, veg- etables, bread and desserts. Drinks are included in the $6.50 price for adults and $3.50 for youngsters from 4 to 10 years old. There is no charge for children under four.
Added this year will be a quilt giveaway. Tickets are currently being accepted for a donation of $1 each or six for $5 at the McLoud His- torical Society Museum, 421 W. Broadway in McLoud. Museum hours of operation are from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Fridays and from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturdays.
There will be whole des- serts to purchase for taking home. Also, there will be
take-home containers for dinners.
This annual event brings everyone together in support of local heritage, said society President Glenda Kuhn. The McLoud Masonic Lodge has been a wonderful contribu- tor and friend of the com- munity.
Society members will be asked to make a casse- role and/or dessert for the event.
Lunch will be served be- tween the hours of 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.
McLoud Gifted and Tal- ented students assist with service during the dinner. As is the custom, old photos will be available as well as some items for silent auction.
