It was the last home game for Lady Bison seniors Gabby Mattox and Samantha Smith, who finished with 22 and 17 points, respectively.
After a flurry of lead changes in the first five minutes, the Lady Eagles hit their next four 3-pointers to take an 18-11 lead. OC led by as many as 16 in the first half and owned a 40-30 edge at halftime.
The OC lead peaked again at 16 early in the second half, but Molly McClure hit a pair of 3-pointers and Smith added eight points to lead the Lady Bison on a 20-8 run that left OBU trailing 56-52 with 12:13 to play.
OC scored the next seven points and its lead bounced between eight and 13 points from there.
Bridget Reynolds joined Mattox and Smith in double figures with 10 points.
Krista Stevens had 25 points, Ayanna Jackson 22 and Katy Clift 21 for the Lady Eagles.
Now 11-19 overall and 9-13 in the SAC, the Lady Bison will be the eighth seed in the eight-team SAC Tournament at Oklahoma City University Thursday, drawing top-seeded and second-ranked Oklahoma City.
