OBU won the first game 7-3 while Northwestern left town with a 4-1 victory.
In the opener, Alison Tunnell crushed a grand slam for a 4-0 lead in the first inning.
OBU went up 5-0 in the second when Abbey Basler scored after a single by Katelynn Garrett.
After the Rangers fought back within 5-3, OBU got a run back in the fourth on a solo home run by Abbey Basler. The last run came in the sixth on an RBI double by Kenna Self.
The Lady Bison had eight hits, including two each by Garrett and Tunnell.
Cassidi Henderson (7-5) went the distance for the win, collecting four strikeouts.
OBU was a frustrating 0-5 in the second game with bases-loaded and no-outs. The Lady Bison had that situation in both the first and fourth innings.
The Lady Bison broke a scoreless tie in the second when Self singled and scored on a two-out hit by Audrey Branscum.
But Northwestern scored four times in the third, including a three-run home run by Alyssa Taylor.
OBU again had eight hits, including four by Branscum.
Now 16-14 overall and 4-6 in the SAC, the Lady Bison play at top-ranked Lubbock Christian Sunday.
