  • A Payne County jury is deciding the fate of suspended Oklahoma State basketball player Darrell Williams, who is accused of sexually assaulting two women at a party.
Jurors got the case just before 12:30 p.m. Monday after hearing both sides make closing arguments.
Prosecutors relied on testimony from the women and weren't able to turn to physical evidence to back up the state's case.
Lawyers for Williams said someone else at a December 2010 party may have been mistaken for Williams by the victims. The defense argues that there were inconsistencies in the testimony of the women.
Williams is charged with four counts of rape by instrumentation and one count of sexual battery.
OSU coach Travis Ford and several of Williams' teammates were in the gallery Monday.
