  • The Indians of Asher needed just 3 ½ innings to run rule New Lima 10-0 Monday.
    Caleb Dubler didn’t permit a hit in four innings. He fanned eight, including the side in the second inning, and walked two to move to 2-1.
    Asher, which scored five runs in the second and four in the third, combined seven hits with six walks for the game.
    Tanner Andrews drilled two doubles and Zach Fowler had a two-bagger.
    Asher, 10-2, will play at Red Oak Friday and Saturday. Asher will have a 6 p.m. varsity/JV doubleheader Friday, then play again at 11 a.m. Saturday.
