Four people were arrested on driving under the influence complaints. Deputies took three people into custody for driving under suspension. One person was arrested on complaints of driving under suspension and possession of controlled dangerous substance.

Deputies saturated the county looking for motorists suspected of driving impaired, people not wearing seat belts and drivers not obeying the speed limit.

Those who drink alcohol should always have a designated driver who hasn’t consumed alcohol take them home.

Deputies plan additional saturation patrols and safety checkpoints in the upcoming months. A grant from the Oklahoma Highway Safety Office covers manpower costs associated with the checkpoints and saturation patrols.
