  • Oklahoma Baptist had its volleyball win streak snapped at 13 matches as East Central (6-19) pulled off a 3-2 win Tuesday. Tenth-ranked OBU fell 25-18, 21-25, 21-25, 25-21, 15-10, falling to 22-4 on the season. Kristin Pressley had 19 kills, while Skyler Strahm and Tarah Derden had 11 each. Sabra Clark had 45 assists and Carey Strong had OBU’s lone ace. Defensively, the Lady Bison got two blocks by Strahm, while five Lady Bison had double digits in digs. Pressley led with 18 digs, followed by Gabby Samuels with 17, Strong with 16, Clark with 14 and Kaitlyn Lucy with 13. The Lady Bison return to Sooner Athletic Conference action next Tuesday at Mid-America Christian. Note: Report provided by Ray Fink, OBU sports information director.
