  • Ten Lady Indians got in on the scoring as Asher recorded a 57-5 win over Wanette Tuesday night, and the Asher boys had 11 players with points as the Indians followed with an 84-12 win.

  • Ten Lady Indians got in on the scoring as Asher recorded a 57-5 win over Wanette Tuesday night, and the Asher boys had 11 players with points as the Indians followed with an 84-12 win. The Lady Indians led 32-3 at halftime. Shelby Fleming and Tristan Milburn combined for 25 of Asher’s total, while Haley Odell and Brandi Doshier combined for 14. Tessa Perkins led Wanette with three points. In the boys’ game, Class B’s No. 8 Asher got 16 points from Dalton Hockley, 15 from Zach Fowler and a dozen from Tim Johnson. The Indians led 46-7 at the break. T.J. Cobb scored four points for Wanette. The Lady Indians (2-1) and Indians (3-0) will host Tupelo Friday night. Note: Report compiled by Jason Smith.
