Today's News: Our Take - Exclusive Mob Doctor Sneak Peek: Jennifer Beals Shakes Things Up

Jennifer Beals joins the cast of The Mob Doctor Monday, and with the addition of her character, the game is about to change.

Beals portrays a powerful mob wife named Celeste LaPree who will play a major role in filling the "power vacuum" that exists after mob boss Moretti (Michael Rapaport) was arrested in last week's episode, according to creator Josh Berman.

"She's gorgeous, she's smart, and she's about to pull a power play that will change the dynamics in Chicago," Berman explains in the  exclusive preview below. "In the modern dynamics of the Mob, it is a purely man's world, and we are sticking a woman into the world that dominates the men. ... When Celeste LaPree comes to The Mob Doctor, all bets are off."
