Jordan Lasley had 20, Megan Ashley chipped in 17 and the Earlsboro Lady Wildcats clobbered hapless Bowlegs 80-13 Friday night.
Earlsboro, ranked 10th in Class B, led 28-2 after one quarter and 47-5 at halftime.
The Lady Wildcats will travel to Seminole State to play in the Little River Conference Tournament Wednesday against the winner of the Paden-Sasakwa matchup. Tip-off is set for 6:30 p.m.
By outscoring the host team 13-4 in the third quarter, Earlsboro’s boys grabbed a road win Friday night at Bowlegs, 45-32.
The Wildcats trailed early before rallying in the second quarter to take a 22-20 halftime lead. The advantage grew much wider in the third quarter and Earlsboro held on at the end to secure its third victory in eight games this season.
Ethan Bateman led the Wildcats with 15 points and was 6-of-8 from the free throw line. Connor Kelsay made three 3-pointers for his nine points. Eric Stargell also had nine.
Earlsboro will be back in action Monday at 7:45 p.m., opening the Little River Conference Tournament by facing Varnum. The event will be held at Seminole State College.
