Tyler Frank Hicks departed this life Thursday Jan. 10, 2013, in Oklahoma City at the age of 40.

A memorial service will be at 2 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 15, at Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel in Prague with Ed George officiating.

Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
