CALVIN, Okla. (AP) — The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation says a shooting near Calvin has left one man dead and another in custody.

The OSBI says Hughes County Sheriff Kenny Snyder asked the agency for assistance following the shooting about 6 a.m. Sunday that left 21-year-old Michael Eric Morris dead. The agency says deputies arrested 22-year-old Joe Henry Harden on a first-degree murder complaint for the shooting.

Online court records do not list an attorney for Harden.
