Frank and Mildred Bartosh of Shawnee will celebrate 70 years of marriage at 2 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013, at Rose Manor Dining Room, where they will renew their vows.
The couple was married Jan. 27, 1943, at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Shawnee.
Frank retired from Tinker Air Force Base and the food service department at Shawnee Public Schools. Mildred retired as cafeteria manager for Sequoyah School.
They are members of Redeemer Lutheran Church.
They enjoy gardening, square dancing, traveling and spending time at Lake Eufaula.
They currently reside at Rose Manor and enjoy playing chicken foot and visiting with friends and family.
Their children are Glen and Peggy Bartosh of Franklin, Tenn., and Carolyn and David Watson of Tecumseh.
Their grandchildren are Dwayne Watson, Tammy and Derrick Kasterke, April and Michael Johnson, and Teila and Santiago Hernandez. Their great-grandchildren are Tanner, Josh and Kali Kasterke.
