  • Man pleads in Okla. to illegally mailing weaponry

  • MUSKOGEE, Okla. (AP) — A man who Oklahoma prosecutors say illegally mailed gun parts in a packaged labeled to indicate it had a toy display inside has pleaded guilty to making a false customs declaration.
