Royce Thurman Armstrong, 80, Shawnee, passed away Friday, Feb. 8, 2013, in Shawnee.

Public visitation will be Tuesday, Feb. 12, and continue through till service time.

Service will be 10 a.m., Wednesday, Feb. 13, at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Fred Owens officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.
