Boomer Bridge winners on Feb. 6 were Don Davis and Janet Davis, both of Norman. Yvonne Carver and Mary Ellen Martin came in second with Gloria Cox and Helen Sobel placing third. Fourth place winners were Jack Dimski of Oklahoma City and Bob Patrum.

Boomer Bridge winners in A strata on Feb. 13 were Sherman Layman of Okemah and Carmon Dent of Oklahoma City. Second in A were Peter Huggler of Seminole and Judy Ford with Jack Dimski of Oklahoma City and Bob Patrum coming in third. Fourth place in A and first place in B were Thelma Randolph and LaVere Bishop, both of Seminole. Second in B were Gloria Cox and Helen Sobel with Sharlene Hammons and Gail Woodard, both of Seminole, coming in third.

Boomer Bridge, Shawnee’s sanctioned open duplicate bridge club, meets on Wednesdays at 12:30 p.m. at First Christian Church, 1625 N. Broadway. Players from Shawnee and surrounding cities participate.
