Meeker’s Lady Bulldogs are still in the hunt for a state tournament appearance after hitting Frederick with a 65-41 loss Saturday in a Class 3A regional consolation match.

Meeker will next meet Kingfisher at 1:30 p.m. Monday in Lindsay. A win there will move the Lady Bulldogs on to the area tournament, while a loss will end their season.

Meeker led Frederick 20-10 after one quarter Saturday, and 34-19 at the half. Meeker’s Morgan Palmer led all scorers with 18, and teammate Mariah Stansell provided 17. Amaris Stansell added 10.

Meeker is 19-6 on the season.
