The annual Santa Fe Depot Museum quilt show is open at the museum, 614 E. Main in Shawnee, throughout the month of March.
More than 40 quilts have been entered from residents of McLoud, Earlsboro, Tecumseh, and Shawnee.
Visitors to the museum will have an opportunity to vote for quilts in various categories. They will select their choices for favorite quilt, the one that has the best story, and the oldest quilt.
The museum is open on Saturday and Sunday from 2 pm to 4 pm. On Tuesday through Friday the museum hours are 10 am to 4 pm. It is closed on Mondays. Admission to the museum is a suggested donation of $2.
