  • Tuttle tallied four runs in the bottom of the first inning Thursday en route to a 7-2 triumph over Bethel.
     
    Both teams finished with six hits. Bethel hurler Brooks Richards, who went all seven innings, fanned five and walked three.
     
    Hunter Heath led Bethel with two hits, including a run-scoring double in the fifth inning. The Wildcats scored both of their runs in the fifth.
     
    Marcus Washburn added two singles for Bethel as it dropped to 5-2.
     
    Richards and teammate Ethan Gingrich had a double apiece.
     
    Bethel will entertain Prague at 4:30 p.m. today in a varsity/junior varsity doubleheader. Bethel will be off Saturday.
