Shawnee’s Lady Wolves finished seventh as a team Monday, and the Wolves finished eighth, in a tournament at Enid.

For the Lady Wolves, Meagan Hansen was seventh at No. 1 singles with a 1-2 day. She defeated Hannah Barron of Ponca City, 6-0, 6-0.

No. 2 singles entrant Meg Reeder was also 1-2, finishing sixth. She defeated Blair Didlake of Ponca City, 6-2, 6-0.

Both of Shawnee’s doubles teams went 1-2 and finished sixth, each netting a win over a Ponca City pair.

For the Wolves, Luke Laster was 1-2 for sixth place at No. 1 singles. He defeated Enid’s Kodrick Miller, 6-0, 6-1.

No. 2 singles entrant Montana Sellers defeated Enid’s Tyler Hollett (6-3, 6-0) and also went sixth at 1-2.

The Wolves’ No. 1 and No. 2 doubles teams each finished eighth at 0-3.

The Wolves will go to Ada Friday to compete in a 16-team tournament, and the Lady Wolves will go to Ada Saturday.
