  • What is it going to take? How can I motivate you to be in the best shape of your life? I hope the mere fact that you are worth it, serves as good enough reason, but if that doesn’t make you challenge yourself for improved health, then please let me use this opportunity to think of a few others.
    I often talk about the importance and beauty of the little things in life. It is amazing how the little things add up to be worth so much to us, as we age. Spending quality time with your spouse and kids, the grandparents, or even the best of friends gives us reason to stay healthy. They all bring us much happiness, and we return joy to them as well, when they see us healthy, active, and making the most of the life the lord has given us.
    Taking a proactive role in trying to improve the well being of yourself, your family, and others, touches you deep down in your heart! It has been my experience that staying healthy will make everything in your life better! I am so thrilled to be able to just wake up every morning, and you should too. Every person is special and has something positive to offer this world! You just never know, today may be the day your courage, commitment, smile, and vigor inspires someone else to make a positive change in their lives!
    I am challenging you once again to stay healthy because enjoying your wonderful life is worth it! It is worth the challenge, effort, and discipline of maintaining a nutrition and fitness program that provides the optimal health that you and your family need and deserve. Its amazing how well your body responds, and will get the job done, when you just give it what it needs!
    When you look good, feel good, and are healthy enough to perform well, chances are high that you will actually have the strength to physically endure the demands it requires to attain the goals most important to you. Being in the best shape of your life will bring this type of vibrant energy to your every day style of living! I challenge you to live well, enjoy your life, and help others do the same!
    My inspiration comes from honestly feeling like I am doing everything it takes to be in the best shape of my life! Please trust me! You can attain and develop these results and strong feelings too! Get strong, get healthy... the timing is right for you to succeed and achieve not only your fitness goals, but anything in life that makes you and your family happy!
    You know, I really used to simply love being able to get out, enjoy the sun, do yard work, and mow the lawn. Well, I have to be honest with you, my enjoyment for yard work started to decrease a few years ago. It actually started to feel like work, instead of something fun that I had always enjoyed doing! I think the normal aging process and other variables like stress, additional aches that snuck up on me etc.., had something to do with it, but you know what? I recognized this, accepted my age, made a few adjustments to promote optimal health, prevent atrophy (muscle decrease) , promote hypertrophy (muscle increase), and continue to make knowledgeable everyday healthy nutrition choices that continue to keep me active, strong, and healthy regardless of my age! I am not going to let it slow me down and neither should you!
    Page 2 of 2 - Make a commitment, start today! You can do this! It begins by identifying disgust, and making a decision to change some things in your life! Your next meal, your next snack, your next exercise session, your next trip to the grocery store. I want you to conquer these lifestyle challenges with flying colors!
    Your well deserved active quality of life, and better health are all you have to lose! I know of no other way to stress the importance of this article other than, the day you quit fighting for your optimal health is the day you start to lose the type of active lifestyle that bring, or used to bring you so much joy! And I know you have come too far in this old world to ever let that happen! Please eat right, get plenty of rest, stay hydrated, exercise at your own pace, take your vitamins and minerals, have regular check ups and work closely with your health care professional.
