More severe weather is predicted to move in Wednesday night and cold weather on Thursday.

“There will be a chance for some severe weather on Wednesday night,” said Matthew Day with The National Weather Service.

Isolated thunderstorms are being predicted starting Wednesday, a few of which have the potential to be severe. Winds could reach 15-25 mph during the day. Thunderstorms are predicted to start after 2 p.m. and continue though the night. Residents are advised to keep updated on changing weather patterns in case thunderstorms are severe and should take cover if needed.

A cold front is predicted to move in Thursday and Thursday night with lows around 35 degrees. This cold front won’t last long and it should warm back up by the weekend with highs in the 60s, according to The National Weather Service.
