Shawnee High School’s Daniel Langley forged a two-round 152 on a 72-par course to lead a handful of area players in the 2013 Hudiburg Auto Group Oklahoma’s Best High School Classic.
Langley tied for 10th place out of 45 participants from across the state.
Nick Heinen of Edmond won the event with a 141 (72-69). Langley turned in a 4-over 76 in each round.
Garrett McDaniel of Shawnee tied for 15th with a 153 (77-76), and Dalton Smith of Tecumseh notched a 162 (82-80).
On the girls’ side of the event, Bethel’s Abi Hagans was 18th with a two-round score of 168 (85-83). Bethel’s Talor Fisher scored a 170 (86-84), and Shawnee’s Summer Skillern forged a 235 (116-119).
Broken Arrow’s Emma Allen, with a 146 (74-72), won the event. There were 37 total participants on the girls’ side.
