  • OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — A satellite campus of Oklahoma State University has been shut down so its security team could investigate a called-in bomb threat.

City police were on OSU's Oklahoma City campus, which shut down Friday morning for the second time in three months because of a bomb threat. A threat April 23 ended without incident.

During the fall and spring, the OSU-OKC campus typically has 7,500 students and 330 faculty and staff. It is unclear how many people were on campus Friday.

Oklahoma City Police Sgt. Jennifer Wardlow said officers surrounded the campus while the school's own security force could check buildings.

The campus was closed until at least noon.
