  • OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — The National Lieutenant Governors Association is meeting this week in Oklahoma City.
     
    On the agenda are policy discussions about immigration reform and environmental standards, as well as a keynote address on the future of the farm bill.
     
    The meeting begins Wednesday and runs through Friday at The Skirvin Hotel in Oklahoma City. The week's events include a tour of the Oklahoma City National Memorial and a visit to Moore, which was devastated by an EF5 tornado in May.
     
    Organizers say about 25 lieutenant governors are expected to attend the event. Oklahoma Lt. Gov. Todd Lamb will be named the organization's chairman, succeeding Rhode Island Lt. Gov. Elizabeth Roberts.
