Craig S. Key, 47, faces charges of conspiracy to commit larceny of domestic animals and larceny of domestic animals to delivery of a forged note or instrument and embezzlement.
The attorney general’s office released the latest four indictments Thursday after the state’s multicounty grand jury wrapped up three days of hearing evidence.
One of the allegations in the latest indictments show Key is accused of embezzling funds from a $220,000 insurance check that belonged to a client.
Key was scheduled to appear in Lincoln County District Court Friday on the latest counts. The grand jury will recess and resume its investigations on Aug. 20.
The grand jury has now returned nine indictments against Key that have resulted in 20 felony counts that are filed in Lincoln County and are being prosecuted by the attorney general’s office.
