  • Class 4A’s fourth-ranked Tecumseh improved to 19-7 Saturday with a 5-0 loss over Class 3A’s No. 18 Holdenville.

  • Class 4A’s fourth-ranked Tecumseh improved to 19-7 Saturday with a 5-0 loss over Class 3A’s No. 18 Holdenville.
    The Lady Savages were originally scheduled to face Washington, but after a cancellation they were able to lock in a contest with Holdenville.
    Jordan Detherage was the victorious pitcher Saturday. She gave up three hits and one walk while fanning five batters.
    Franki Hull hit a double in Tecumseh’s 11-hit outing, and Aspen Grimes and Jessica Cummings each drove in a run while notching two singles apiece.
    Suni Meely went 3-for-4.
    The Lady Savages will host Meeker at 6:30 p.m. Monday in a varsity-only game.
