Sen. Ted Cruz, in an attempt to delay a Senate vote on a House bill, talked through the night and into the morning today. His ridiculously long speech isn't technically a fillibuster, as it won't block the vote. The Democrat-controlled Senate is expected to strip a provision from the spending bill that defunds "Obamacare," which the Republican-controlled House included. The Senate vote will take place at 1 p.m. EDT today.
