  • Construction to begin on new St. Anthony Healthplex-North in Oklahoma City.

  • Today, JE Dunn Construction breaks ground on the St. Anthony Healthplex – North in Oklahoma City.
     
    Trent Wachsnicht with JE Dunn Construction says the project is a 5-story building approximately 97,000 square feet and is set to be complete in January 2015.
     
    The hospital will include an Emergency Department, Laboratory, a Diagnostic Imaging Suite, an MRI Suite, Physical Therapy, and necessary support.
     
    The first floor will be used for Ambulatory Healthcare. The second floor will be used as a provider based clinic space. It will house eight primary care physicians and a specialty suite.
     
    The third and fourth floors will be used as business occupancy and will be designated with common space and shell space for future tenants. The fifth floor will be used for storage and roof access.
     
    The 22.3 million dollar project is set to take 15 months to complete and will be located at 13401 North Western on the SW corner of Memorial Rd & Western in Oklahoma City.
     
    St. Anthony Hospital has two current locations. The East Campus located at I-40 & S. Douglas Boulevard, and the South Campus at I-44 & S.W. 134th Street.
