St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, located downtown at 10th and Beard, will hold its second annual Soup Luncheon and Bazaar on Tuesday, Nov. 5, from 11 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.
Both activities will be held in the Fellowship Hall located at the 10th Street entrance. Soups offered at the luncheon will be chicken tortilla and vegetable soup. Cost of the luncheon is $5. Take-out orders will be available.
Many handmade craft items will be available for purchase. Ladies in the church have been working on their specialties for the bazaar. There will also be several gift baskets available for people to win through drawings.
All proceeds raised will be used for St. Paul’s Connectional Ministries.
St. Paul's holds monthly community dinners for homeless and impoverished and serves as one of the hosts for Family Promise.
