Challenging yourself physically with exercise will help you perform, look, and feel great! When you feel good, life simply becomes more enjoyable. Isn’t that what life is really all about? Being happy, healthy, and active so you can enjoy the things in life most important to you, for as long as you live? Our family, faith, wealth, and possessions are just a few of the finer treasures that come to mind.
Now, my personal training challenge for you is get out there and make it happen this year. I want to encourage you to get excited about better health and physical fitness for your family, friends, and self. Catch the big “fitness wave” like so many are already doing this brand new year. Can’t you just feel the fitness excitement in the air? I certainly can! My excitement is confirmed in the increased number of gym goers I see during my daily workouts, and the urgency people are placing on starting a healthier lifestyle nutritionally! It’s awesome when you see others out challenging themselves and succeeding physically and nutritionally. It confirms in mind just how important exercise and eating well really are to your overall health. It drives you forward with determination and strength to be successful with your own fitness goals.
It is hard for me to actually believe that something so important and good for you can be so much fun. I am having a ball trying to stay in the best shape of my life, and you can do the same! The time is right! The season is right! Can you believe it? Spring arrives in just over 60 days, and warm weather will be upon us, once again! It will be time to break out your favorite shorts and sleeveless tops! Wouldn’t that be a great time to be feeling good, a few pounds lighter, and a few inches smaller? Come on, you still have time, you can do it! Start making getting in the best shape of your life a priority, today. If you haven’t started yet, do so by increasing your physical fitness activity, finding a nutrition and vitamin program that works, and begin developing your healthy habits now! Get moving, walk on your treadmill, or stationery bike at home, go swimming, take up dancing, play a match of tennis. Take a stroll, and walk a block and a mailbox, followed by a block and two mailboxes the next day. Go walking inside a gym, or stroll around the mall. The choices to increase your activity are endless. Find something you like to do, and go do it right away, or make plans to incorporate it into your schedule today. Who knows...It may even provide you some much needed stress relief after a long holiday season! The benefits of exercise, good health, and proper nutrition are worth their weight in gold! I have faith in you; YOU CAN DO IT! Set your goals today and get started on attaining them!
