  • Getting a cold or the flu is not fun, and the good news is you can take steps to reduce your risk of getting sick.
Residents can join St. Anthony Shawnee Hospital’s Positive Aging for Life (PAL) senior group on Wednesday, Jan. 22, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Heart of Oklahoma Conference Center to learn about the key steps you can take to keep the flu from getting you.
