  • Enrollment for Native American veterans

  • Enrollment fair scheduled for Feb. 21.

  • On Feb. 21, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Tribal Government Relations, Seminole Nation of Oklahoma and the Muskogee (Creek) Nation of Oklahoma will host a Native American Veterans Benefits Enrollment Fair for the Native American Veteran population in the rural county of Hughes County, Holdenville. VA staff from the Oklahoma City and Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Centers will be present.
     
    The enrollment fair will provide Veterans help with accessing VA benefits and services, housing assistance, educational programs, employment services, counseling and substance abuse referrals and women’s health information. Approximately 30 vendors will be at the event.
