The Lady Tigers rolled to three easy wins to move on to next week's regionals.

MASON – Scoring a total of 79 runs, the Maud Lady Tigers swept their three district playoff games on Friday, taking the district title and advancing to next week’s regionals.

In their first game the Lady Tigers downed Prue 28-2.

Ashley Fletcher led Maud with a 6-for-6 effort, hitting two home runs, three doubles and driving in eight runs.

Dallas Tiger was 5-for-5 with five RBIs, while Kelly Sanders was 3-for-3 with five RBIs. Emilee Riddle added four runs batted in, while Kierstin Ragan was 4-for-6 with three RBIs.

Game two against Strother was more of the same, as the Lady Tigers cruised to a 26-1 win.

Summer Horn was 4-for-5 on the game, hitting three doubles, a triple and driving in six runs.

Addie McGill and Fletcher were also 4-for-5, while Tiger was 4-for-4. McGill hit three doubles and drove in four runs.

In their third and final game against Mason, Fletcher had two more home runs in a 25-0 win for the Lady Tigers, finishing with three RBIs.

McGill went 4-for-4 while Horn was 2-for-3 with four runs batted in. Riddle also had four RBIs, finishing 3-for-3.

Regional assignments will be released on Monday afternoon by the Oklahoma Secondary Schools Activities Association.
