    Draper: July 22. Elevation above average, water 76. Channel and blue catfish slow on chicken liver, stinkbait and goldfish along riprap and docks. Report submitted by Chad Strang, game warden stationed in Cleveland County.
     
    Hefner: July 21. Elevation below normal, water 70-74. White bass and striped bass hybrids good on lipless baits, grubs and minnows at 3-10 ft. along shorelines and docks. Walleye good drifting nightcrawlers and trolling crankbaits at 8-12 ft. in the main lake. Channel catfish good on dough bait, punch bait and live bait at 10-15 ft. along rocks. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits, spinnerbaits and topwater lures at 3-8 ft. along riprap and weed beds. Report submitted by Lucky Lure Tackle.
     
    Thunderbird: July 22. Elevation below normal, water 76. Channel and blue catfish slow on chicken liver, stinkbait and cut bait in channels, riprap and the main lake. Report submitted by Chad Strang, game warden stationed in Cleveland County.
     
    NORTHEAST
     
    Bell Cow: July 21. Elevation below normal, water 83 and murky. Channel catfish good on stinkbait and blood bait around points. Crappie fair on jigs and Power Bait around docks. Report submitted by Gary Emmons, game warden stationed in Lincoln County.
     
    Carl Blackwell: July 22. Elevation rising, water 74 and stained. Largemouth and spotted bass slow on crankbaits, Alabama rigs and topwater lures at 2-7 ft. in coves, points and weed beds; largemouth bass being caught early morning while spotted being caught all day. White bass, striped bass and saugeye good on crankbaits, lipless baits, in-line spinnerbaits, slabs, minnows and goldfish at 3-8 ft. in the main lake, flats, creek channels and ski point banks. Channel catfish good on chicken liver, dough bait, cut bait, minnows and shad at 1-5 ft. in channels, points, riprap and Fox Run Bridge. Flathead catfish good on goldfish, minnows, crawfish and sunfish at 1-4 ft. along rocks, shallows and shorelines. Jugline and trotline fishing is restricted to west of the ski line. Sunfish excellent on worms, nymphs, small lures and Power Bait at 1/2-2 ft. around docks, shallows and shorelines. Report submitted by Chris Pulchny.
     
    Chandler: July 21. Elevation below normal, water 84 and murky. Flathead catfish good on sunfish in channels and shorelines. Channel catfish fair on chicken liver and worms along shorelines. Crappie fair on minnows around docks. Report submitted by Gary Emmons, game warden stationed in Lincoln County.
     
    Copan: July 19. Elevation normal, water 80. Channel, blue and flathead catfish good on chicken liver, shad and worms at 4-8 ft. in channels and riprap. Report submitted by Joe Alexander, game warden stationed in Washington County.
     
    Ft. Gibson: July 21. Elevation above normal, water 79 and clear. Blue, channel and flathead catfish good on live shad and sunfish at 15-25 ft. in the main lake, flats and channels and on juglines baited with one hook on bottom and two suspended. White bass good on white or silver crankbaits, in-line spinnerbaits and slabs at 8-10 ft. around points and the main lake and trolling spoons over the side of a boat to the bottom. Crappie good on Carolina-rigged minnows and tube jigs at 6-15 ft. in the main lake and brush structure. Largemouth bass fair on buzz baits, spinnerbaits and crankbaits at 8-15 ft. along shorelines, brush structure and points. Report submitted by Rick Stafford.

    Grand: July 19. Elevation above normal, water 80s. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits, spinnerbaits and worms around points and the main lake. Blue and channel catfish good on shad and cut bait in the main lake. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs around brush structure. Paddlefish slow in the river channel.     Greenleaf: July 21. Elevation normal, water 74 and clear. Largemouth bass good on spinnerbaits, worms and crankbaits along moss beds, creek channels, rocky points and brush structure. Catfish good on fresh cut bait and stinkbait on bottom. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 8-12 ft. around brush structure.     Hulah: July 19. Elevation normal, water 80. Channel, blue and flathead catfish good on chicken liver, worms and shad at 4-10 ft. below the dam, riprap and river channel. Report submitted by Joe Alexander, game warden stationed in Washington County.
     
    Kaw: July 21. Elevation dropping, water 80 and stained. Blue and channel catfish good on cut bait, shad and worms at 3-10 ft. along flats and below the dam. Striped bass hybrids and white bass good on topwater lures, spoons, lipless baits and crankbaits from the surface to 15 ft. in the main lake, riprap, humps and under bridges; surfacing early and late with bigger fish being caught near the dam. Walleye slow on crankbaits and lipless baits at 6-12 ft. in the main lake. Largemouth and spotted bass good on buzz baits, spinnerbaits, topwater lures and crankbaits from the surface to 8 ft. in coves, brush structure, below the dam and in flooded buttonbush along rocky banks. Crappie slow on minnows and jigs at 12-18 ft. around brush structure and riprap. Report submitted by Spencer Grace, game warden stationed in Kay County.
     
    Keystone: July 22. Elevation above normal, water 78. Largemouth bass good on plastic baits around points and rocks. White bass good on crankbaits along flats. Report submitted by Karlin Bailey, game warden stationed in Creek County.
     
    Lower Illinois: July 20. Elevation normal, water 55-70 and clear. Trout good on Power Bait, jerk bait and in-line spinnerbaits below the dam, in eddies and deep holes. Fly fishing good on wooly beggars and zebra nymphs. Report submitted by Jeremy Bersche, game warden stationed in Sequoyah County.
     
    Skiatook: July 21. Elevation below normal, normal, water mid 80s and clear. White bass and striped bass hybrids fair on live bait and cut shad at 20-30 ft. in the main lake. Report submitted by Paul Welch, game warden stationed in Osage County.
     
    Sooner: July 21. Elevation normal. Largemouth bass fair on buzz baits and frogs along weed beds. Striped bass hybrids fair on live shad and slabs in the main lake and riprap. Saugeye slow on crankbaits, tube jigs and bottom bouncers around points and rocks. Blue and channel catfish good on chicken liver and cut bait in channels and tail waters.     SOUTHEAST
     
    Arbuckle: July 19. Elevation above normal, water 78.5. Largemouth and spotted bass slow on crankbaits, topwater lures, worms and blue fleck power worms from the surface to 15 ft. in the main lake, around points and weed beds. Smallmouth bass slow on yellow magic topwater lures at the surface around points at first light. Crappie fair on chartreuse/white tube jigs, spoons, minnows and jigs at 15-29 ft. in creek channels and brush structure. White bass fair on topwater lures, small lures, lipless baits and roadrunner with a white grub. Channel catfish good on dough bait in the main lake and baited holes up Guy Sandy and Rock creeks.     Blue River: July 22. Elevation normal, water 74 and murky. Channel catfish good on stinkbait, worms and live bait at 3-8 ft. in channels, rocks and deeper pools. Smallmouth, spotted and largemouth bass fair on in-line spinnerbaits, topwater lures and crankbaits at 2-5 ft. around brush structure, rocks and below waterfalls off of current. Flathead catfish fair on live bait and worms at 3-8 ft. along channels and rocks very early morning and at night.     Broken Bow: July 20.Elevation normal, water 79. Largemouth, spotted and smallmouth bass fair on Alabama rigs, plastic baits and jerk baits at 15-20 ft. around brush structure, standing timber and rocks. Crappie good on jigs, spoons, tube jigs and minnows at 20-25 around brush structure and standing timber. Channel catfish good on chicken liver, stinkbait, shrimp and punch bait at 15-20 ft. in coves, the river mouth and river channel.     Eufaula: July 20. Elevation 1/2 ft. above normal, water clear. Largemouth bass fair on plastic baits and deep running crankbaits along deeper points. White bass fair on slab spoons around deeper flats early and late. Blue catfish fair on a variety of lures along rocky areas and on shad along deeper flats. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 8-20 ft. under bridges and standing timber. Report submitted by Ed Rodebush, game warden stationed in McIntosh County.
     
    Hugo: July 20. Elevation rising, water 80. Crappie slow on minnows at 15-25 ft. around standing timber. Flathead catfish fair noodling at 1-6 ft. in creek channels and rocks. Report submitted by Jay Harvey, game warden stationed in Choctaw and Bryan counties.

    Lower Mountain Fork: July 20. Elevation normal, water 67. Trout good on caddis flies and Power Bait along rocks and shallows. Report submitted by Mark Hannah, game warden stationed in McCurtain County.
     
    Murray: July 21. Elevation below normal, water 78. Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass good on spinnerbaits, topwater lures, jerk baits and white spinnerbaits from the surface to 20 ft. around points, rocks, the main lake and topwater earlier in the morning and late evening. Channel catfish fair on crawfish, punch bait, worms and shad at 5-15 ft. in shallows, rocks and river channel. White bass fair on crankbaits, sassy shad and topwater lures from the surface to 20 ft. around points, topwater and the main lake.     Pine Creek: July 20. Elevation normal, water 76. Largemouth bass on plastic baits and crankbaits in standing timber. Crappie good on jigs around brush structure.     Robert S. Kerr: July 21. Elevation normal, water 85. Largemouth and spotted bass fair on plastic baits and spinnerbaits in coves, points and brush structure. White bass fair on Alabama rigs, rigs, grubs and bill baits in the river channel. Blue, channel and flathead catfish slow on cut bait and live bait in the river channel and flats.     Sardis: July 20. Elevation normal, water 79. Crappie fair on minnows and tube jigs at 12 ft. around brush structure, standing timber and creek channels. Largemouth and spotted bass fair on buzz baits, worms, spinnerbaits and plastic baits at 4-14 ft. around brush structure, weed beds and creek channels. Blue, channel and flathead catfish fair on cut bait, sunfish, live shad and crawfish at 14 ft. in channels and the main lake.     Texoma: July 20. Elevation below normal, water 80. Largemouth and smallmouth bass good on crankbaits, plastic baits and topwater lures at 5-20 ft. along creek channels, points and riprap. Striped and white bass good on live shad, sassy shad, slabs and topwater lures at 10-20 ft. in the main lake, river channel and points. Channel and blue catfish good on live bait, worms and stinkbait at 10-20 ft. in creek channels, riprap, the main lake, Washita River, Red River at Sander Island View and the cleaning stations. Crappie and sunfish slow on minnows, small lures and tube jigs at 5-20 ft. around docks, riprap, creek channels, Widowmoore and Kansas creeks.     Wister: July 20. Elevation normal, water 83. Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass good on crankbaits and spinnerbaits at 8-14 ft. in creek channels, points and riprap. Flathead, blue and channel catfish good on sunfish, punch bait and hotdogs at 10-20 ft. in the main lake and river channel. Crappie, sunfish and bluegill good on jigs, tube jigs and small lures at 12-20 ft. around brush structure and standing timber.     SOUTHWEST
     
    Foss: July 23. Elevation 17 ft. below normal with gates closed, water 80 and clear. Striped bass hybrids excellent on topwater morning and evening. Walleye fair to good on live bait.     Waurika: July 21. Elevation below normal, water 77. Blue and channel catfish fair on stinkbait and live shad around points and channels.
