DALE – The Asher Indians finished in fourth place at the Dale Tournament on Saturday, losing to the host Pirates 3-0.

Caleb Dubler took the loss for the Indians, allowing 3 runs on 7 hits while striking out 6 in six innings of work.

The Indians managed four hits of Dale starter Layne Cox, who finished with four strikeouts. Ryan Pybas had a double while Dubler, Hunter Fowler and Colton Patten each had a single.

In a 9-6 semifinal loss to Tushka on Friday, Tim Johnson had two hits and drove in two runs, while Fowler drove in three on a pair of hits.

The Indians (1-3) will play at Binger-Oney on Monday. The Pirates (2-1) will play Latta on Monday.
